Azienda Agricola Valpredina

Azienda Agricola Valpredina is located in Cenate Sotto, in the Cavallina Valley, just 16km from Bergamo and its airport. The company is located inside the WWF oasis of Valpredina, a large green area measuring about 90 hectares, that preserves many botanical and animal species and in which there is an important recovery centre for wild animals.

The Valpredina agricultural company organises events and courses about environmental issues within the Oasis to raise public awareness of the preservation of nature and sustainability.

Azienda Agricola Valpredina farm produces:

• certified organic extra virgin olive oil
• certified organic honey
• aromatic and officinal herbs with BIO certification

They are very niche products, from limited production but of the highest quality. Oil and honey are sold at the Oasis reception.

The company also collects medicinal herbs useful for infusions and herbal teas and uses them for the production of cosmetics such as soap and creams.

The Valpredina company is responsible for the management of guided tours for individuals and groups within the WWF Oasis and sometimes also organises night excursions.
