FIOR DI FRUTTA AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY

The company manages 20 hectares of land in Gorle, a town just 4km from Bergamo airport.

Since 2014, numerous fruit trees have been plants on this land to give both old and young the opportunity to pick organically grown products of the highest quality (not to mention delicious!!)

The land managed by the company overlooks the Serio river and this allows those who come here to pick fruit, to take advantage of the area for a nice walk amid nature.

Part of the land is also used for the cultivation of corn, a very important product for Bergamo’s culinary tradition. The goal is to have it ground by a local mill and then be able to sell the flour.

Fior di Frutta is committed to preserving the field on a landscape level and enhancing its biodiversity. It also organises days with schools to raise awareness among young people and engages in the social sphere.
