Description

 “Cooperativa Agricola dei Monti e dei Laghi” farming cooperative was established thanks to the collaboration among the local farmers aiming to protect both the products and the cheese-making tradition of the Sebino region, particularly the area of Mount Bronzone.

The milk used to make cheese comes from cows that graze free in the ancient pastures of Mount Bronzone or Lower Sebino.

The milk’s genuineness allows the cheesemakers to use it raw with no additive, keeping its natural fragrance and all its nutrients and characteristics.

Bronzone’s products can be tasted and purchased directly on the lakeshores, in Sarnico. 


The products:

STRACCHINO Bronzone: the very best of our production is a raw paste cheese, processed in compliance with the old traditions using whole milk;
VIGOLINO: bundle-shaped fresh stracchino soft cheese;

FORMAGELLA Bronzone: cylinder-shaped semi-ripe cheese with semi-cooked paste
