It stands in the ancient hamlet of Pignolo near Porta S. Agostino and the Carrara Academy, in one of the hamlets where important families of nobles and merchants had their residences erected in the 16th century.
Built in 1500 by Alessandro Martinengo Colleoni, the palace was renovated in 1741 by architect Caniana.
Since 1845 it has been owned by the Counts Agliardi.
Inside, a central hall, flanked by four rooms, features valuable 18th-century frescoes by C. I. Carloni and F. Ferrario.
The rooms lead to a charming roof garden and stables.
The palace is available for corporate events, weddings, private parties, photo shoots, group lunches or dinners, and tours.
