Every Saturday at 5:00 PM, the Pagus agricultural brewery in Darfo Boario Terme offers you the opportunity to enjoy a beer tasting experience, where you will receive insights and curiosities about the world of beer. You will then participate in a sensory workshop focused on the raw materials used in beer production.

The Pagus agricultural company cultivates its own plot of land to grow barley, wheat, spiny black corn, and hops, ensuring a zero-kilometer approach, product traceability, and a strong focus on sustainability.

At the end of the explanation of the brewing process and the sensory workshop, you will enjoy a tasting of three Pagus beers paired with typical local products.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to purchase the brewery's craft beers at the sales point in the Pagus Area of Darfo Boario Terme.
