A day in Val Brembilla: visit to the orchard, lunch, and tasting of typical cheeses.

Experience for small groups. Live a typical day of mountain life, in close contact with animals and immersed in the local traditional products.

- Observe the variety of apples and taste apples, juices, or jams.
- Taste typical dishes from the Bergamasca tradition
- Enjoy a tasting of mountain cheeses.

THE PROGRAM
10:00 AM: Experience at the Monticello Orchard (Val Brembilla) with a visit to the orchard, explanation, and tasting opportunity. Duration: about one hour.
12:30 PM: Lunch at Antica Osteria il Forno, about 2 km from the orchard.
Tasting menu based on local products and a possible children's menu.

Adult Menu:
Small welcome snack from the kitchen
Ravioli with butter and sage from Antica Osteria
Roast veal with mushrooms and polenta
Homemade tiramisu
Coffee

Children's Menu (up to 10 years):
Pasta with tomato sauce
breaded cutlet with fries

In the afternoon, transfer by your own to Azienda Agricola Marco Offredi in Loc. Gerosa (Val Brembilla), about 10 km from Osteria il Forno.
Tasting of typical cheeses and the possibility of visiting the farm and the stables with cows.

The experiences of the day are also suitable for children.
