Floating in the sky aboard a hot air balloon, admiring the panorama in a unique way. An experience to get in touch with nature from above and admire Lombardys beautiful landscapes. Departure and briefing in Camisano with balloon inflation show, flight of about 1 hour, passenger recovery at the landing site, return to the starting point where there will be breakfast or an aperitif in a selected agritourism, bar or restaurant, with typical products.

WHEN

One flight per day, subject to weather conditions.
During the summer period, flights takes place early in the morning.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once the experience has been purchased, it is non-refundable.
In case of bad weather, the flight is postponed or the amount paid is returned.

- The Ticket is non-refundable except:
a) if you present a medical certificate at least one month before the expiry date of the ticket stating that you are unable to fly and will not be able to fly for the remainder of the validity of the ticket
b) if you are not a resident in Italy.
The refund is made exclusively to the person who purchased the ticket.

Other exceptions:
- If the flights are suspended for reasons of force majeure (e.g. due to COVID-19 regulations), procedures for extending the duration of the tickets will be communicated. In any case, we do not consider ourselves responsible for economic losses or any damage caused by this possible suspension.
-If you cannot fly by the ticket's expiry date because you are pregnant, it is possible to extend the validity free of charge for 6 months from the expected date of birth upon presentation of a medical certificate.

The price for 4 adults is 249 euros per person.
The price for 3 adults is 325 euros per person.
The price for 2 adults is 475 euros per person.
The price for a child is 185 euros the age range for the child is from 6 to 12 years old and must be accompanied by 3 paying adults.

The flight is not permitted for children under 6 years of age.

HOW DOES IT WORK:
By purchasing this experience, you get the right to participate in a hot air balloon flight experience on a date to be agreed with the supplier within 24 months of purchase.
In the order confirmation that you will receive via email once the purchase has been made, you will find all the supplier's references. The experience provider will contact you after the purchase to arrange the flight date and time.

CLOTHING: Sportswear is recommended.

-Our flights are scheduled to last approximately one hour (with a 15-minute margin under or over). The pilot, for safety reasons, has the absolute responsibility to decide the duration, the conduct of the flight, the moment and the place of landing. We could therefore not exactly guarantee the duration or the route that the flight will follow as it is not possible to pre-establish it in advance.
-The ticket can be transferred to a friend, upon written notice via e-mail.
- In some cases we reserve the right to entrust the execution of our flights to other operators, holders of a regular ENAC license. In any case, these Terms and Conditions will always apply.
- Aeronord Sas has insurance coverage for air carriers pursuant to Regulation (EC) No. 785/2004 and Regulation (EU) No. 285/2010 for each passenger in the event of death and/or personal injury. In all cases, compensation is not due or is due to a lesser extent if it is proved that the injured passenger is responsible for the damage or has contributed to it through negligence, unlawful act or omission. The right to compensation for damages is given within two years starting from the day of the flight.
- We assume no responsibility for any damage to cameras, video cameras, mobile phones, glasses or other objects that you carry in flight.
- Before flying we will contact you the morning before your flight to confirm weather, time and location departure (sometimes depends on the direction of the winds).

Your obligations to us:
- In case of a pre-defined date you can change your reservation by calling us or sending an email up to 7 days before the flight if it's a weekend and up to 5 days before the flight if it's during the week.
- If you do not respect the deadline for changing your reservation set out in point 15 or you do not show up on time at the meeting point for the flight, you will lose any right to use the ticket and you will not be given a refund.
- In the event of a flight date defined or moved together a few days before departure, once re-confirmed by us, if you cancel, even for health reasons, up to 2 days before the flight, you will lose 50% of the value of the ticket in the case of the exclusive flight for 2 people.

General rules
- Hot air ballooning can be as risky as any other sport, hobby or activity. By purchasing a voucher or participating in a flight, you are aware of the risks and accept them. The flight, on every occasion, will be under the control and supervision of a pilot certified by the National Civil Aviation Authority (ENAC) who undertakes to make the flight as safe and pleasant as possible.
- We are not qualified to judge your state of health and whether you are fit to fly or not; however, for your safety and that of other passengers you must ensure that you are in good physical condition before taking part in the flight.

You can't fly:
- if you have handicaps or impairments, diseases or syndromes which are inconsistent with flying in a balloon or at altitude and in particular: you must not suffer from any type of heart disease, bone deficit problems, serious back problems, you must not have hearing problems, you cannot fly if you are pregnant.
- if you are unable to enter and exit the basket independently or take one/two steps, pass one leg at a time to the other side of the parapet and go back down inside the basket.
- if you are unable to maintain the correct support position during landing (flex your knees while holding the handles).
- if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
If you have any doubts, consult your doctor and bring us a medical certificate stating that you are fit to be able to fly in a hot air balloon. It is important to remove any doubts about the state of your health which otherwise could affect your safety and those of other passengers.
- The pilot has the duty, as required by the Navigation Code, to exclude you from the flight if, according to his opinion, you could pose a risk to the safety of the flight or to the safety of other passengers and yourself. In this case, you will not be entitled to any refund.
- passengers must comply at all times during the ascent with the instructions given by the pilot and the team.
