Enclosed in the jewel box of the Seriana Valley, you’ll find this naturalistic gem that stretches for about 12 km between the Cavlera, Suchello and Alben mountains.
Cars are banned: to penetrate into the heart of Val Vertova you’ll have to go on foot along paths and mule tracks: don’t worry, though, the main route is easy!
And it is also definitely suggestive: in fact, it runs alongside the stream that winds through several small waterfalls and brilliant natural pools carved into the dolomite rock, called “potholes of the giants.”
You will also encounter rich vegetation, consisting of ash, maple, beech, and fruit trees such as chestnut trees.
What are you waiting for?
Backpack on your back and go!
