The restaurant DON LUIS has been run by the same family since 1974, initially by Mrs. Enrica Schileo, and today by Loris Ferro and Ezio Battaglia, with Wally Ferro managing the second generation of the establishment in a warm, family-like atmosphere, well-known and appreciated by the people of Bergamo. The cuisine is traditional, relying on the daily market and the availability of both seafood and land produce, but with a strong emphasis on seasonal ingredients. Over the years, there has been a continuous evolution, exploring new flavors alongside more traditional ones.
