Sant’Anna Pastry is a family story that began in the 1970s when Ivar Foglieni and his grandmother Francesca became entrepreneurs in the hospitality industry. In 1996, after more than a decade of managing their restaurant “Ol Giopì e la Margì,” they opened the pastry shop in one of the most beautiful squares in the city. Today, the pastry shop is run by Isabella, Darwin’s wife, and offers breakfasts, lunches, afternoon snacks, aperitifs, and homemade ice cream.
