– You will admire Bergamos beauty from different vantage points
– You will ride through the greenery of the Parco dei Colli
WHAT AWAITS YOU:
You will leave from the lower town on your pedal assisted bicycle for an exciting tour that will allow you to admire Bergamos most evocative and panoramic corners.
From here you will cross the Piacentinian Centre and reach Upper Bergamo along the Venetian Walls, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017.
Once in Colle Aperto, you will go through Porta S. Alessandro and head towards San Vigilio hill, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Upper Town.
The next stop will be the verdant Astino Valley, which houses an impressive former monastery, now also home to the Biodiversity Valley.
You will go even further into Bergamos Parco dei Colli towards Sombreno, and then return to Upper Bergamos historic centre.
Afterwards, you will return to the tours starting point in Lower Bergamo.
This itinerary will allow you to traverse parts of the city that are full of history and monuments and to admire wonderful landscapes and panoramic points.
The tour lasts approximately 3 hours and you will travel approximately 30km.
The route is easy, but being that you have to ride for a few hours, a minimum fitness level is required.
