TODAY, Lavialattea Dairy is a small family-rock artisan dairy, Which produces Goat’s Raw Milk Cheese with no preservation Nor Thickeners. Over 100 Cheese Varieties are produced by the Inventive Cheese-Makers, Who Daily Adapt the Production to the Type of Milk At Their Dysposal, in Order to Enhance Its Specific Characteristics.
