Our story begins in 1997, when Bergamo was a different city and the Byron Disco Pub existed to make both young and old dance. Initially, the restaurant activity complemented the nightlife offer, but over the years, some signs contributed to it taking up more and more space.
In 2000 and 2003, we received the Pizzeria of the Year award and started to realize that we could go far…
… and here we are!
Today, Byron is a complex and multifaceted reality: from traditional to Asian cuisine, from fast food to the indispensable pizza, but we have specialized in handling numerous food intolerances and allergies.
With us, you will find the utmost attention for the celiac friend or for your lactose intolerance, for those who cannot tolerate yeast or more or less common allergens.
Gluten-free and yeast-free pizza are our specialties, but we also offer first and second courses for everyone… not to mention desserts!
All our pizzas are available in gluten-free or yeast-free versions.
