In 1987, when they bought the company, The Russo Family Discovered This Grape, After A Few Years, They Started Their Family Business in 1996. The Company’s Philosophy is to be as unobtrusive as possible in Natural Cycle, Letting the Grapes and the Wine Grow and mature at Their Own Pace. In the vineyards, they try not to interfere with the Plants’ Life and During Wine Production they want to enhance the taste and aromas of the grapes, with no force processing techniques. For Example, Wood Is Not Used For Processing Wines and the Grapes Are Dried Outdoors, So that they can be infused with all that the Natural Environment has to offer.
