The breeding in the company is mainly dedicated to the Piedmontese Fassona breed, then flanked by other breeds. With about sixty pigs, strictly raised to flour and water and fruit waste and vegetables in the area, carefully cared for meat and craft cold cuts, obtained without industrial additives, as was done once, is produced and sold. The cured meats are dried with the fireplace as the tradition wants, then brought to the cellar to mature. In addition to the breeding, the company includes about 2000 apples of 6 different varieties, thanks to which they are also sold: fresh fruit, juice and apple cider vinegar.
