The Family-Run Company Stretches Over 35 Hectares of Land, Where Fodder is produced to feed 70 Cowns, Half of Which are in Production All Year Round. The Cow Are Reded Respecting Their Well-Boing and produces Around 700 Liters of Milk A Day. This Milk is then Transformed Into Cheese in The Adjacement Dairy. Energy for the Production of Cheeses is provided by a Photovoltaic System That Makes the company Almost Self-Sufficient AS Far As Electricity and Hot Water Supply Are concerned. All cheeses are made from UNPASTEURIZED Milk in Order to Preserve the Natural Taste of the Territory.
