Shelterd from the Northern Winds by Mount Cervera, The Company is Located in the Municipality of Costa Volpino, on A Completely Terraced Land at the Bottom of Camonica Valley and in Front of Lake Iseo. The Olive Grove is Entirely Expose to the Sun from Dawn to Dusk and is caressed by Breezes Blowing From The Lake, Which Allaw the Development of An Ideal Microclimate for Olive Trees. The Plants, Grown in Polyconic Pots and Equipped with a Drip Irrigation System, Are Housed on Ancient Dry Stone Terraces Overlooking Lake Iseo, where Harvesting is Difficault and Can Only Be Carried Out by Hand.
