The Restaurant
The restaurant has been open since late 2012 and is located within the wine-making cellar of the estate, positioned on a hill with a wide view of the surrounding hills and vineyards, particularly overlooking the hamlet of S. Ambrogio in the village of Cenate Sopra.
The agriturismo uses products from the farm, where all animals live outdoors, demonstrating a strong respect for nature. It offers a pleasant experience for visitors, especially families and children.
The cellar premises are modern yet harmoniously integrated into the natural environment. The structure is partially embedded in the hillside to preserve the natural landscape.
The agriturismo hosts themed evenings focused on specific ingredients or traditional dishes, such as boiled meats, risottos, and bagna caoda.

Coming from a field far removed from the food and wine industry, Claudio Papetti dedicates himself to cooking purely out of passion.
After many years working in the IT sector, he embarked on a new journey as a restaurateur—while still maintaining his presence in the digital world—by opening the agriturismo Sassi della Luna.
