At the heart of the agriturismo’s cuisine are the local agricultural ingredients, complemented by a constant search and selection of organic products and wines from the estate. In collaboration with the agricultural company Tricò, which manages the agriturismo, blueberry cultivation has recently been added, always in line with organic practices, along with a 7,000 sqm lavender field from which essential oil will be extracted in the coming years. Honey and all the products that this medicinal plant can offer are also part of the offering.

The passion found in the agriturismo with rooms and dining, “Cavril,” is that of the family who manages it. Here, organic cultivation is a committed choice that goes far beyond trends and well beyond the certification logo. It is a true alliance with the land that is cultivated and, in turn, reciprocates by transforming monocultures of vineyards and olive groves into authentic gardens teeming with life: a complex and perfect ecosystem for producing an excellent harvest.
