The farmhouse in the hut is a small mountain farm of about 3 hectares, mainly based on the breeding of dairy goats: the shirts and the Orobic goats and goats. The latter are an autochthonous breed in the street of extinction, which the farm contributes to keeping alive thanks to the production of Caprini cheeses.
Here there are also donkeys, a veal cow line and other courtyard animals such as rabbits, hens, ducks and geese. The company has also recovered land for the cultivation of small fruits, apples and pears, with which it produces jams. The recovery of the wood from the surrounding woods allows the farm to heat the structure, which works entirely thanks to this biocombustible obtained precisely from the recovery of the territory. Roberta’s goal is to be present and at the same time to help your territory.
The company is open only by reservation.
