The historic concert hall will once again be the beating heart of a festival that celebrates the great musical tradition.
This year’s program opens on Feb. 22 with pianist Vincenzo Balzani, a prominent figure on the international concert scene. This is followed on Feb. 28 by a unique performance by actor Cochi Ponzoni, who brings to the stage the story of navigator Ferdinando Magellano, accompanied by Giuseppe Milici on harmonica and Simone Pagani on piano.
On March 29 it will be the turn of the Trio Variabile, accompanied by music by Glinka, Bruch and Reinecke. On April 4, after the success of previous editions, pianist Martin Kasic returns, in a duo with Czech cellist Petr Nouzovský, for a musical journey through the works of Sergei Rachmaninov and Cesar Franck.
The season concludes on April 12 with an evening devoted entirely to Beethoven, played by violinist Franco Mezzena, one of the leading exponents of the Italian violin school, and pianist Stefano Giavazzi.
A rich and varied program, ranging from Vivaldi to Verdi, Brahms to Saint-Saëns, promises to give audiences unforgettable emotions in a unique setting.
Don’t miss it!
