The Ice-Skating Rink in Piazzatorre, just over 45km from Bergamo, boasts a long family tradition.

In the 1970s the Bianchi family, owners of Le Pinete Hotel and Restaurant, decided to place an Olympic-sized skating rink alongside the accommodation.

Today the ice rink’s stimulating environment offers an unmissable fun opportunity for families and training packages for both hockey and figure skating.

MORE INFORMATION:

The ice rink runs from mid-June to mid-September and from 1st December to mid-March.

Access to the ice rink is allowed at certain time for "free skaters". The times are 2.00pm-5.00pm and 9.00pm-10.00pm but are subject to changes based on the training of athletic teams.
