The villa is situated next to the Orobie Bergamasche Regional Park , an enchanting mountain park boasting peaks over 3,000 meters and vast valleys and forests. It is the largest protected area with high natural value in all of Lombardy, a magnificent and highly captivating green area.

Villa Sancelso is open year-round and ready to welcome sports groups, families, school and university groups; it is also available for residential seminars and conferences, parish groups, and groups of other denominations. The facility is well-suited for training courses, refresher sessions, and MasterClasses at very affordable rates.

We offer a short-term rental formula, which includes self-management options with the possibility of catering service upon request.

Located at the edge of the village, it enjoys a quiet setting yet is very close to the center, accessible by a safe, green pedestrian path. Villa Sancelso is surrounded by a private 14,000 m² park equipped for various sports activities.

The villa is easily accessible from major cities in Northern Italy: it is located 90 km from Milan, 70 km from Brescia, just 40 km from the city of Bergamo, and 45 km from Caravaggio Orio al Serio International Airport (BG).

The Villa was built in 1968, designed by Dr. Renato Asti, with the intention of offering ski weeks and summer stays to young students from the San Celso Institute in Milan, in a beautiful location close to the city, Castione della Presolana. Now in its fourth generation, the Asti family has chosen to continue this philosophy and has expanded hospitality to various groups, welcoming anyone who wishes to enjoy a vacation in a natural setting not far from major cities.

What stands out about the Villa is its spaciousness, allowing it to comfortably accommodate large groups in an elegant and comfortable environment. The foyer, living room, and dining room are interconnected by glass doors, and this architectural choice enhances the sense of openness and space.
