Cesare and Simone, known to everyone simply as Cece and Simo, met as chefs a few years ago behind the stoves of a well-known restaurant in Bergamo. Amidst pots and pans, sharing their passion for cooking and good food, a great friendship was born. This camaraderie transformed into a true professional relationship when, in 2001, they decided they were ready to make their mark in the city, convinced that their professionalism, experience, and innate love for good food would guide them in the right direction. And so it was.
