Description

Braised beef and polenta is a typical dish of Bergamo cuisine; it is both a delicious main course and a unique dish.
Braised beef is used for braising, usually veal,which is cooked for a long time and over low heat, after being marinated, to obtain succulent morsels full of flavor.
The long, but easy, preparation of the meat and polenta result in a perfect combination of flavors that is particularly suitable for cold days but can be enjoyed throughout the year.
