THE RESTAURANT
The Roof Garden Restaurant is located on the eighth floor of the Hotel Excelsior San Marco, in the heart of Città Bassa, with a breathtaking view of Bergamo Alta. The restaurant offers a stunning view that transports guests into a charming dimension.
While drawing inspiration from rooftop restaurants in major European cities, the project was developed with the strong desire to create a venue that resonates with the city, preserving its tradition and history.
Reservations are mandatory (individual reservations can be made 10 to 14 days in advance).
THE CHEF
Chef Gianpietro Semperboni presents a cuisine that blends Italian flavors and aromas into a genuine journey through the finest specialties of the peninsula.
The experience is both sensory, featuring unusual and forgotten tastes, and emotional, as it results from experimenting with cutting-edge techniques and products.
The menu features traditional Bergamasca and Lombard dishes, gourmet selections, as well as classic culinary offerings that combine exceptional ingredients with deep technique and refined taste.
