THE RESTAURANT
In 1959, Oreste acquired what had been the home of one of the renowned Italian artists of his time, Aligi Sassu, and transformed it into a hotel restaurant. The location is enchanting, nestled in a paradise of peace and tranquility, with a view of Lake Iseo. The Miranda has an olive grove in the park of its hotel, from which it produces a delicate oil used in its dishes.
THE RESTAURATEUR
Sergio, who has been helping in the dining room since he was very young, has taken over from his grandfather Oreste and represents the third generation of this family of restaurateurs. The tradition of enhancing quality raw materials remains a constant and invaluable asset in the cuisine of this restaurant, which tells the history and stories of the lake. Genuine quality is prioritized, thanks also to a special focus on zero-kilometer products, provided by the lake and small local businesses. The wine list, with over 200 labels, is extensive and carefully curated.
