For forty years, Il Saraceno has been a beloved destination just a few kilometers from Bergamo, in the small village of Cavernago. In the kitchen is Roberto Proto, born in 1972: a talented self-taught chef who has focused entirely on seafood dishes. It is Roberto Proto, alongside his wife Maria Morbi, who has given the restaurant a distinctive direction, leading them to earn a Michelin star in 2015.
