The Restaurant
Cesira, the hostess, welcomes guests to a venue decorated in a modern, simple, and elegant style with beautiful windows overlooking the valley and a breathtaking panorama. Open since 2010, it is now well-known in the area thanks to its frequently changing dish offerings. Here, there is no seasonal menu; instead, dishes are made based on the available ingredients and their quality. It’s a place where you can feel at home and enjoy the fantastic view of the Val di Scalve and the queen of the Orobie mountains: the Presolana.
The Chef
Dario Soldo
Chef Dario Soldo has extensive hospitality training, enriched by various experiences collected at a national level. From being the owner of a restaurant located on the Presolana Pass, which he ran for 23 years, he has become the chef at Ristorante Cesira, which is run by his wife Cesira and her brother-in-law Vanni. Here, Dario and Vanni continue a clear culinary vision based on tradition and selected products. The menu features dishes like casoncelli, ricotta and spinach ravioli seasoned with butter, asparagus tips, and fresh tomato cubes, as well as tender and flavorful meats. The grill and pizza oven are visible, and the menu offered is traditional Italian cuisine.
