Da Mimmo is a historic establishment in Città Alta, founded in 1956 by the enterprising spirit and intuition of Mimmo Amaddeo and his wife Lina.
The cuisine is simple and authentic, respecting the rhythms of the seasons and nature. This philosophy is reflected in every dish while also looking ahead towards continuous innovation.
As a Slow Food Alliance restaurant, most of the ingredients used in the kitchen, including flour, butter, eggs, honey, meats, cold cuts, cheeses, milk, vegetables, and fruit, come from local and organic productions.
The offering at Da Mimmo includes pizza, the same recipe developed by Mimmo 60 years ago; ready-made dishes in single portions, sealed in a modified atmosphere to ensure a shelf life of at least one week; artisanal desserts perfect for a sweet snack or a satisfying end to a meal, and our selection of wines and beers to accompany the ready-made dishes or pizza.
