The Restaurant
Built between the late 1800s and the early 1900s, the Clanezzo Castle was a villa for events, initially managed by the Rota family, then by catering services, and finally by the team at Clu Restaurant.
Their cuisine is “essential,” characterized by simple and straightforward dishes, marked by the “Cluetti”: smaller portions allowing guests to taste more dishes throughout the evening.
The wines come from small producers and organizations that work ethically with the environment.
The Chef
Edoardo Codalli
Initially a decorator and painter, Edoardo decided to leave it all behind to pursue his passion for cooking, gaining experience in several local establishments – such as Collina Restaurant, Da Nadia Restaurant, and more recently Cascina Belvedì – until he arrived at Clu. Along with Marco, the restaurant, he never thought the project would come to life at Clanezzo Castle, striving to make it a place accessible to everyone, always.
