For five generations, the Assolari family has managed this establishment, recognized as a historic place with an entry in the Regional Register of Historic Places of Commerce in Lombardy. The earliest records of the restaurant date back to 1876, originally named Antica Trattoria Ponte di Briolo.
The current restaurant is managed by Augusto, who since 1988 has transformed it while still honoring the traditions of Bergamasque cuisine and maintaining high quality in the new dishes he proposes; these, especially the seafood, highlight their genuine flavors.
Ponte di Briolo brings a selection of its dishes to your home: the menu includes both fish and meat dishes, as well as a selection of desserts. There is great attention to the quality of raw materials and seasonal ingredients.
