The Nicoli family moved to Costa di Mezzate in the 1950s, and in the 1970s they started producing polenta flour for large-scale distribution. In 1992, they began producing cereals and cornflakes, marking an important step in the company’s evolution. In the early 2000s, they made another leap by starting to produce gluten-free products, and in 2018 they expanded into allergen-free products.In 2015, they participated in the EXPO, representing high-quality Italian companies. Furthermore, since 2016, the company has been certified for its short and controlled corn supply chain, ensuring that the corn used in their products is 100% Italian.
