The ingredients of “Le Driadi Slow Farm” are simple: to restore abandoned vineyards and take care of the land, its fruits, and the surrounding landscape, with the goal of producing wine through spontaneous fermentations, following the natural winemaking cycle. From their vineyards, they produce a variety of wines, including Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Moscato di Scanzo, Marzemino, Barbera, Moscato Giallo, Moscato Bianco, Malvasia, and Bronner.
The winery is open by appointment only, preferably on weekends.
