At Casot was born in 2000, when the owner starts a small production project with 4 goats: a job for passion, which in a few years grows and reaches 80 lactation goats. In 2003 he started a dairy with EEC brand and began selling products from traders and shops, joining, in 2005, markets, fairs and sales in the company. The further transformation takes place in 2007, when Alessandro builds a small sausage factory to produce goat cured meats and pigs. Finally, in December 2010, the farmhouse opens up and closes the company cycle production for sale and mounted transformation.
