The family -run brewery was born in the summer of 2009, produces non -filtered, unplugated craft beer, without adding additives and preservatives, with an initial 1000 liter system equipped with 4 fermentors and mators who, over the years, have become 8, 2 of which from 2000 liters. The brewery is equipped with a photovoltaic system with which it produces more energy than that consumed and breaks down the costs, pursuing a style of green activity. Since 2015, the production stands at 90,000 liters per year: the bottles are 33 cl, 75 cl and stems. There are numerous national and international awards, obtained thanks to the best competitions dedicated to craft beer and also through Slow Food.
