The La Sella farm was born in 2015, after three years of practice to specialize in the production of saffron. The saffron plant adapts well to the mountain environment, especially in sunny slopes, and is often used for the recovery of marginal soils, abandoned or intended for abandonment. La Spezia is also known for its properties: in fact it constitutes a formidable natural antioxidant, rich in vitamins B1 and B2 which contributing to the metabolization of fats, also make it an excellent digestive. Currently the company only produces saffron, but will also soon start the production of truffles: hooked, summer and precious.
