The Company is devoted to rearing goats of alpine Chamis Breed To Produce and Process Their Milk. Every day, Nicolò Milks and Feeds The Animals, and Manages The Meadows. The Goats, Milked Twice a Day, follow -like followed Which is necessaryly linked to the Animal’s Biological Needs According to the Productive and Reproductive Cycle. The Milk Produced is processed Directly in the dairy farm by Lorenzo Following the HACCP Self-Control System Criteria. The Milk Is Raw and It Does Not Undergo Any Heat Treatment, in Order to Keep The Typical Aromas Unaltered and Enhance Its organoleptic properties. The Local Health Service Carries Out Periodic Checks. The Milk is analyzed Every Month, Dairy Products Every Six Months and Water Quality Is Checked Every Year, in Compliance with State-Regulations.
