As part of the University of Bergamo’s Public Engagement activities, Paolo Barcella and Cristina Cappelletti of the Department of Foreign Languages, Literatures and Cultures are organizing a new series of meetings dedicated to Readings of Classics for the year 2025, now in its seventh edition.
The proposed titles are “classics” from the various literatures and the historical-sociological area whose teachings are active in the Department of Languages, with the involvement also of the Department of Humanities, Philosophy, Communication. The initiative is carried out in close collaboration with the Bergamo Library Network, which as of this year has also involved the reading groups of many libraries in the province in the selection of works.
