Are you a fan of dinosaurs and other prehistoric reptiles?
Is Jurassic Park your favorite movie?
Is your secret dream to tame a Tyrannosaurus Rex?
The Paleontological Park in Cene, in the middle of the Seriana Valley, is the place for you!
In 1965, thanks to a landslide, an extraordinary fossil deposit was discovered in this area, and in 1973 a perfectly preserved skeleton of Eudimorphodon, the oldest Pterosaur, was found: a flying reptile with a wingspan of one meter dating back to the Triassic.
The Park is a protected area, but don’t be misled: it is designed to be experienced and not simply preserved.
You can walk the nature trail or simulate an archaeological dig in an equipped area, like a real Indiana Jones!
