Located at the highest point of the Alta Via delle Grazie Trail, the Little Church of the Pilgrim Madonna stands at 1796 m on the Manina Pass, the boundary line between the Seriana and Scalve Valleys.
Built after the war, between 1948 and 1949, the chapel features two identical and mirrored altars, one facing the village of Lizzola and the other facing that of Vilminore.
The little church was built in suffrage of the passage of the Madonna Pellegrina (in transit to Lizzola), who was chosen as the patron saint of the pilgrims on the Alta Via delle Grazie Trail.
