Museum of African Art and Culture African Village

The first museum in Italy to introduce the multimedia guide on IPod Touch, it continues in its interactive vocation to make you experience the emotions of Africa.

Description

A convent built by the great 15th-century Bergamasque leader Bartolomeo Colleoni is now home to a museum dedicated to sub-Saharan African culture.

The Dominican friars gave way in 1920 to the Passionists, who created the museum in 1984 and donate the proceeds to their missions in Kenya and Tanzania.

This is an interactive museum: you can not only observe, but also manipulate, participate in workshops and animations, following the multimedia guide on a tablet or smartphone.
You will turn into a real African and experience what it is like to live in a village!
