10:00 Meeting at the Fattoria della Felicità
Starting with the flour, you’ll learn how to prepare tagliatelle, ravioli, casoncelli, and colorful pasta. The freshly made pasta will be cooked in the farmhouse kitchen so you can enjoy it immediately. After the cooking class, you’ll have a lunch consisting of a platter of cured meats and cheeses, followed by the pasta made during the workshop, along with water, dessert, and coffee.
