The course takes place at a Cesarina’s home, where, under the guidance of this local expert cook, you’ll learn how to make the dough, roll out the pasta, and prepare a typical regional pasta, along with two other typical local dishes.
At the end of the course, you’ll enjoy everything you’ve prepared, sipping excellent local wine.
