Art historian, passionate about local art, and licensed tour guide in ITALIAN and SPANISH.
I am a primary school teacher, for a class and in support of children with difficulties: I am particularly attentive to people with disabilities.
I have been collaborating with the Arte Tempo Museum in Clusone since its opening in 2005 and in 2009 I founded the MAT Club association of friends of the Arte Tempo Museum. I’ve been working for years in tourism, hospitality and tourism communication.
I am the first resident in Lombardy to be registered with the AGTA union – Association of Qualified Tourist Guides.
I live in the Seriana Valley and I love to discover the many hidden treasures of my land. Living here and studying my roots was a lifestyle choice. I graduated from the University of Pavia in ‘Sciences of Cultural Heritage’ and at the University of Pisa in ‘History of comparative art in European countries’, with two theses in local art.
I recommend many itineraries to enrich a trip to the area, both in the valley and in the province. The surprise and emotion that visitors experience in discovering the rich history of the Seriana Valley and the beauty it offers, is always a priceless gift for me. This is why my tours are always accompanied by suggestions of other places to visit, nature walks, tastings, sports activities or places to relax that only those who have always lived in these places can know.
Total logistic assistance for moving. I know that sometimes having to make the move from the city of Bergamo, does not encourage visitors: for this I help a great deal in organising the trip to the Seriana Valley by preparing the itinerary by private or public transport to Clusone, Gromo, Ardesio, Rovetta, Gandino, Alzano Lombardo….
Tourist in my own home. I visited the entire province of Bergamo, discovering it as a tourist in my own home and it was a wonderful experience.
I hope that my tours will convey my passion to help leave an unforgettable memory of the trip to Bergamo.
To reach everyone, we need to speak to everyone in their language. My goal is to make everyone experience the thrill of discovery, the taste for aesthetic pleasure, curiosity and the desire to know.
WITH CHILDREN. My experience as a class and support teacher helps me to relate to children so that they can learn the tools that will help them in their lives to appreciate Beauty and History.
WITH THE DISABLED. In 2014 I attended a course at the ‘Omero’ museum in Ancona and visited (and continue to attend) museums, itineraries and experiences accessible to the blind or thought out so that the able-sighted can experience this way of life. I also approached the deaf world and continue to investigate this fascinating culture in order to make the tour experience better for the deaf.
WITH THE SPANISH. I speak Spanish and I love Spain. Since 2007, when I started studying this language, I have travelled to Spain every year, intrigued by this culture. Just by knowing the culture of origin of my visitors, I can make them understand mine.
I collaborate with many other guides in the province: any request you make me, will be met by a competent trusted guide.
